Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is activated and starts to foam.
Add the flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Grease a large bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
