Ingredients:
- 500 grams mushrooms, sliced

Instructions:
- In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing together the Goan Recheado masala paste (or the individual spices mentioned) along with vinegar or lime juice and salt.

- Heat oil in a frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
