  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (Indian spice mix)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or ghee (clarified butter) for spreading
  • Bread slices (white, brown, or whole wheat)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated paneer, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt to the paneer mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Take a bread slice and spread butter or ghee on one side.
  4. Place a generous amount of the paneer mixture on the buttered side of the bread.
  5. Cover it with another bread slice and press gently to make a sandwich.
  6. Repeat the process to make more sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and paneer mixture.
  7. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the prepared sandwiches on the hot tawa.
  8. Cook the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown and crisp.
