Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 250 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
