Here's a recipe for Chicken Tikka Alfredo:

How to prepare Chicken Tikka Alfredo

Ingredients:

For Chicken Tikka:

  • > 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • > 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • > 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • > 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • > 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • > 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • > 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • > 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • > 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • > 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Alfredo Sauce:

  • > 2 tablespoons butter
  • > 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • > 1 cup heavy cream
  • > 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • > Salt and pepper, to taste

For Pasta:

  • > 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of your choice
  • > Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tikka masala paste, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade for chicken tikka.

  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. 3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates. If using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. If using the oven, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. 5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the cream is heated through.

  7. 7. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. 8. Cook the fettuccine or pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta.

  9. 9. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and grilled chicken tikka. Toss gently to coat the pasta and chicken evenly with the sauce.

  10. 10. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or parsley.

  11. 11. Serve the Chicken Tikka Alfredo hot and enjoy!

You can serve this delicious dish with garlic naan or a side salad for a complete meal.
