Here's a recipe for Creamy Garlic Chicken:

How to prepare Creamy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • > 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • > Salt and pepper to taste

  • > 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • > 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • > 1 cup chicken broth

  • > 1 cup heavy cream

  • > 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)

  • > 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • > Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze it, loosening any browned bits.

  5. 5. Add the heavy cream and dried thyme to the skillet. Stir well to combine the ingredients.

  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

  7. 7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and incorporates into the sauce.

  8. 8. Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the creamy garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to heat through.

  9. 9. Remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish the chicken with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

  10. 10. Serve the Creamy Garlic Chicken hot with your choice of side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Note: If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add more chicken broth or cream to adjust the consistency. Additionally, you can add other herbs or spices to the sauce, such as parsley, rosemary, or paprika, to enhance the flavor according to your taste.
