- >> 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- >> 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- >> 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
- >> 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- >> 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- >> 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- >> 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
- >> 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- >> 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee
- >> Salt to taste
- >> Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil or ghee in a large, heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the masala.
6. Add the minced meat (keema) to the pan. Break up any lumps and mix it well with the onion-tomato masala.
7. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the keema with the spices.
8. Cook the keema on medium heat until it is fully cooked and the water released from the meat evaporates. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

10. Check for seasoning and adjust salt and spices if needed.
11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
