Ingredients:

  • > 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • > 2 tablespoons water
  • > 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. 1. In the Instant Pot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
