➤2 cloves garlic, minced

➤2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

➤2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

➤Lemon wedges

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pistachio Gremolata:

➔In a bowl, combine the finely chopped pistachios, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and          extra-virgin olive oil.

➔Season the gremolata with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to combine. Set      aside.
