Ingredients:

➤8 ounces (225g) of your favorite pasta (linguine, spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)

➤1 pound (450g) large prawns, peeled and deveined

➤3 tablespoons unsalted butter

➤4 cloves of garlic, minced

➤1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

➤Salt and black pepper to taste

➤Juice of 1 lemon

➤1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

➤Grated Parmesan cheese for serving



Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta:

➨Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package                    instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.



2. Cook the prawns:
