Ingredients:

  • ➤12 ounces (about 340g) fettuccine pasta
  • ➤1 pound (about 450g) large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • ➤2 cups broccoli florets
  • ➤3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ➤3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ➤1 cup heavy cream
  • ➤1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • ➤1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ➤1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ➤2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ➤Salt and pepper to taste
  • ➤Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water, and set it aside.



  2. 2. In a large skillet or frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
