Ingredients:


For the Spicy Tuna Filling:

➤1 can (5-6 oz) canned tuna, drained

➤2 tablespoons mayonnaise

➤1-2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

➤1 teaspoon soy sauce

➤1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

➤1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

➤Salt and black pepper, to taste


For Assembling the Roll:

➤1 sheet of nori (seaweed)

➤1 cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt

➤Prepared spicy tuna filling

➤Thin strips of cucumber, avocado, or other preferred fillings

➤Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi, for serving


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Spicy Tuna Filling:

➔In a bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice     vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

➔Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust the spiciness and                  seasoning according to your preference.


2. Assemble the Spicy Tuna Roll:

➔Lay a bamboo sushi rolling mat on a clean surface. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over the bamboo          mat to prevent sticking.

➔Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, onto the plastic wrap.

➔Wet your fingers with water to prevent the rice from sticking, and then spread a thin layer of sushi          rice evenly over the nori, leaving about 1 inch of the nori sheet uncovered at the top.

➔Spread a layer of the prepared spicy tuna filling in a horizontal line across the center of the rice.

➔Add thin strips of cucumber, avocado, or any other desired fillings next to the spicy tuna.


3. Roll the Sushi:

➔Start rolling the sushi by lifting the edge of the bamboo mat that's closest to you, and use it to fold          the  nori over the fillings.

➔Continue rolling while gently pressing down to shape the roll. Make sure to keep the roll tight and          even.

➔Once the roll is fully rolled, moisten the uncovered strip of nori with a little water to help seal the           roll.


4. Slice and Serve:

➔Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. It's a good idea to wet the knife slightly with      water to prevent sticking.

➔Arrange the sliced spicy tuna roll pieces on a plate.


5. Serve:

➔Serve the spicy tuna rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side for dipping.
