Ingredients:

➤4 salmon fillets (6-8 ounces each), skin-on or skinless

➤2 tablespoons olive oil

➤1 lemon, sliced

➤Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

➤Optional seasoning options: garlic powder, paprika, dried herbs (such as thyme or dill), or your favorite spice blend

➤Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

➤Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Salmon:

➤Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. If your salmon has skin, you can leave it on or remove        it depending on your preference. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt, freshly ground            black pepper, and any additional seasonings or spices you like. Place the fillets on a baking sheet or        in a baking dish.

3. Drizzle with Olive Oil:

➤Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the salmon fillets. This helps keep the salmon moist during baking.

4. Add Lemon Slices:

➤ Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet. Lemon adds flavor and keeps the salmon moist.

5. Bake the Salmon:

➤Place the baking sheet or dish with the salmon in the preheated oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes,     or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of         the fillets.

6. Optional Broil (for a Crispy Top):

➤If you'd like to create a crispy top, you can broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.             Keep   a close eye on it to prevent burning.

7. Garnish and Serve:

➤Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

8. Enjoy:

➤Serve the baked salmon hot with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a            fresh salad.

Feel free to customize your baked salmon with different seasonings, herbs, or sauces. You can also add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness. Baked salmon is versatile and can be tailored to your taste preferences.
