Ingredients:

➤2 to 3 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)

➤1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

➤1/2 cup granulated sugar

➤1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

➤1 large egg

➤1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

➤1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

➤1 teaspoon baking powder

➤1/2 teaspoon baking soda

➤1/2 teaspoon salt

➤1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

➤Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.

2. Prepare the Bananas:

➤In a mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. The riper the bananas,          the   sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients:

➤In a separate mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Let it cool        slightly.

➤Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted butter. Mix until well combined.

➤Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar-butter mixture and mix until smooth.

4. Combine Dry Ingredients:

➤In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

➤Pour the wet ingredients (butter and sugar mixture) into the mashed bananas and mix until well              combined.

➤Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not         to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

➤Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Fill Muffin Cups:

➤Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.

7. Bake:

➤Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until a              toothpick or cake tester inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

8. Cool and Enjoy:

➤Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool                completely.

9. Serve:

➤Enjoy your homemade banana chocolate chip muffins as a delicious snack or breakfast treat!

These muffins are best when they are fresh and still a bit warm. The combination of ripe bananas and chocolate chips creates a delightful flavor that's sure to be a hit with everyone.
