1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for added texture)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

➤Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the Flounder:

➤Season both sides of the flounder fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place the fillets in     a baking dish that's been lightly greased or lined with parchment paper.

3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

➤In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for             about  1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant and lightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

4. Coat the Flounder:

➤Pour the garlic and butter mixture over the flounder fillets evenly.

5. Add the Parmesan Topping:

➤In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs (if using). Sprinkle this mixture         evenly over the flounder fillets.

6. Bake the Flounder:

➤Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the flounder       flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.

7. Garnish and Serve:

➤Remove the flounder from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon         wedges on the side.

8. Enjoy:

➤Enjoy your Garlic Parmesan Flounder with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables,         roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
