Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

➤4 salmon fillets (6-8 ounces each)

➤2 tablespoons olive oil

➤2 cloves garlic, minced

➤1 lemon, zested and juiced

➤1 teaspoon dried oregano

➤Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

➤1 cup Greek yogurt

➤1 cucumber, grated and drained

➤2 cloves garlic, minced

➤1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

➤1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

➤1 tablespoon lemon juice

➤Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

➤In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint,        and lemon juice.

➤Season with salt and pepper to taste.

➤Stir well and refrigerate while you prepare the salmon to allow the flavors to meld.

2. Marinate the Salmon:

➤In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and      pepper. Mix well.

➤Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, turning to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about         15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat the Grill or Oven:

➤Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4. Cook the Salmon:

➤If using a grill: Grease the grill grates and place the salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill       for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness. You         can also grill with a piece of aluminum foil under the salmon to prevent it from sticking to the grill.

➤If using an oven: Place the marinated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or      aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve:

➤Remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

➤Serve the salmon fillets with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on top.

➤Garnish with additional lemon wedges and fresh herbs, if desired.

This Greek salmon recipe is not only flavorful but also healthy and perfect for a Mediterranean-inspired meal. Enjoy!
