Ingredients:

For the Swordfish:

➤4 swordfish steaks (6-8 ounces each)

➤2 tablespoons olive oil

➤Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

➤2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

➤1 teaspoon lemon zest

For the Hazelnut Miso Sauce:

➤1/4 cup white miso paste

➤2 tablespoons hazelnut butter (or almond butter)

➤2 tablespoons rice vinegar

➤2 tablespoons honey

➤1 tablespoon soy sauce

➤1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

➤2 cloves garlic, minced

➤2 tablespoons warm water (or more for desired consistency)

➤Chopped fresh chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

➔ Prepare the Swordfish:

1. Pat the swordfish steaks dry with paper towels.

2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.

3. Brush the swordfish steaks on both sides with the olive oil and lemon mixture. Allow them to marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.

Prepare the Hazelnut Miso Sauce:

1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, hazelnut butter, rice vinegar, honey, soy           sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

2. Add warm water to the sauce and whisk until you achieve your desired sauce consistency. You can         add more warm water if needed. Set the sauce aside.

Grill the Swordfish:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking.

2. Place the marinated swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until          the  fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the       thickness of the steaks.

Serve:

1. Remove the grilled swordfish steaks from the grill and place them on serving plates.

2. Drizzle the hazelnut miso sauce over the top of each steak.

3. Garnish with chopped fresh chives or green onions if desired.

4. Serve the grilled swordfish with hazelnut miso sauce hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes,      such as steamed vegetables or rice.

This dish combines the rich flavor of swordfish with the nutty and savory notes of hazelnut miso sauce for a delightful culinary experience. Enjoy!
