1. Preheat Your Grill or Oven:

➔You can cook salmon steaks on a grill or in the oven. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around     375°F/190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Prepare the Salmon Steaks:

➔Pat the salmon steaks dry with paper towels.

➔Brush both sides of the salmon steaks with olive oil to prevent sticking and help them get a nice sear     or crust.
