Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
➤1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
➤2 tablespoons olive oil
➤2 cloves garlic, minced
➤1 teaspoon paprika
➤Salt and black pepper to taste
➤Juice of 1 lemon
For the Avocado:
7. 2 ripe avocados, sliced
➤Juice of 1 lime
➤Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
10. 4 large tortillas or wraps (flour or whole wheat)
➤1 cup crumbled feta cheese
➤1 cup baby spinach leaves (or your choice of greens)
➤1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
➤1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
➤Fresh cilantro or parsley leaves for garnish (optional)
➤Hot sauce or your favorite condiments (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
2. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the avocado. Slice the avocados and drizzle the lime juice over them. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to coat the avocado slices in the lime juice.
