Ingredients:

➤1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

Instructions:
1. Preparation:
➤Clean the fenugreek leaves thoroughly, discard the stems, and chop them finely.
➤Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
➤Chop onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.

➤Heat oil in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
