➤1/2 cup bell peppers (any color), finely chopped

➤1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped

➤1 tablespoon garlic, minced

➤1 tablespoon ginger, grated

➤4 cups vegetable broth or water

➤2 tablespoons soy sauce

➤1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)

➤Salt and pepper to taste

➤2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or sesame oil)

➤1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional, for flavor)

➤Chopped spring onions for garnish



Instructions:

1. Prepare Vegetables:

➤Finely chop carrots, cabbage, green beans, bell peppers, and spring onions.


2. Sauté Aromatics:

➤In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute           until fragrant.


3. Add Vegetables:

➤Add chopped carrots, cabbage, green beans, bell peppers, and spring onions to the pot. Stir-fry for a        few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.


4. Add Sweet Corn:

➤Add sweet corn kernels to the pot. Stir to combine with the vegetables.
