➤1 cup gram flour (besan)

➤1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
➤1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
➤1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
➤1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
➤1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
➤A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
➤Salt to taste
➤2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
➤Water, as needed
➤Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare Corn:
➤If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it.
2. Make Batter:
➤In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chili, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
3. Add Corn:
