Ingredients:


➤2 cups spinach, blanched and chopped

➤1 cup green peas, boiled and mashed

➤2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes

➤1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped

➤1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped

➤1-2 green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)

➤1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

➤1/2 cup breadcrumbs

➤1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)

➤1 teaspoon cumin powder

➤1 teaspoon garam masala

➤Salt to taste

➤1 tablespoon lemon juice

➤Oil for pan-frying or baking


Instructions:


Pan-Fried Hara Bhara Kabab:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, mashed green peas, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves,     mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, breadcrumbs, grated paneer, cumin powder, garam            masala, salt, and lemon juice.


2. Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.


3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval kababs.


4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kababs in the pan and cook until both sides are golden      brown.


5. Remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.


Baked Hara Bhara Kabab:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).


2. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the pan-fried version to prepare the kabab mixture.


3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.


4. Shape the kabab mixture into round or oval shapes and place them on the baking sheet.


5. Brush the kababs with a little oil.


6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the kababs are golden brown, turning          them halfway through the baking time for even cooking.


7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.


Serve the Hara Bhara Kababs hot with mint chutney or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious kababs!
