➤1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

➤1 teaspoon ground coriander (coriander powder)

➤Salt to taste

➤1 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur) or lemon juice (optional)

➤Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)



Instructions:

1. Boil and Cube Potatoes:

➤Boil the potatoes until they are fork-tender. Peel and cube them.


2. Tempering:

➤Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.


3. Add Spices:

➤Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well.
