➤1/2 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)

➤1 teaspoon sesame oil

➤2 tablespoons vegetable oil

➤3 cloves garlic, minced

➤1-inch ginger, grated

➤2 eggs, beaten

➤Salt and pepper to taste

➤Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)



Instructions:


1. Prepare Ingredients:

➤Ensure that all the vegetables are chopped and ready. If using fresh corn, you may want to blanch or      cook it briefly.


2. Stir-Fry Vegetables:

➤Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated                ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds.

➤Add chopped carrots, bell peppers, peas, and sweet corn. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables      are tender-crisp.
