➤2 tablespoons tutti-frutti (candied fruits)
➤1 teaspoon cardamom powder
For Assembly:
➤Ghee, for brushing
➤Some more chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
➤In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, semolina, ghee, yogurt, and a pinch of salt.
➤Gradually add water and knead the mixture to form a soft and smooth dough.
➤Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling:
➤In another bowl, mix together desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, chopped mixed nuts, tutti-frutti, and cardamom powder. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Dilpasand:
