Ingredients:

➤1 cup rolled oats

➤1/2 cup rice flour

➤1/4 cup urad dal (black gram lentils), soaked for 2-3 hours

➤1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)

➤1/4 cup yogurt (curd)

➤1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

➤1/2 inch piece of ginger, grated

➤A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped

➤Salt to taste

➤Water, as needed

➤Oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Batter:

➤Rinse the soaked urad dal and grind it into a smooth paste using a little water.

➤In a blender, grind the rolled oats into a fine powder.

➤In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground urad dal paste, oat flour, rice flour, gram flour, yogurt,        chopped green chilies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.

➤Add water gradually to form a smooth batter with a pouring consistency. Let the batter rest for about      15-20 minutes.

2. Heat the Pan:

➤Heat a non-stick dosa pan or a griddle over medium heat. You can sprinkle a few drops of water to         check if the pan is hot enough. If the water sizzles and evaporates quickly, the pan is ready.

3. Make Oats Dosa:

➤Stir the batter well. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it in a circular motion to            form a thin dosa.

➤Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa. Cook until the edges become crispy and golden              brown.

➤Flip the dosa and cook briefly on the other side until it gets a light golden color.

4. Serve:

➤Remove the oats dosa from the pan and serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.

Enjoy your crispy and healthy oats dosa! You can customize the toppings and serve it with coconut chutney, mint chutney, tomato chutney, or any other accompaniment of your choice.
