Ingredients:
For Dosa Batter:
➤2 cups of rice
➤1 cup of urad dal (black gram lentils)
➤1/2 cup of poha (flattened rice)

For Onion Mix:
➤2 large onions, finely chopped
➤2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
➤A handful of chopped coriander leaves
➤Salt to taste
➤Oil for cooking dosa
Instructions:
For Dosa Batter:
1. Rinse rice, urad dal, and poha in water.
2. Soak them together in enough water for about 4-6 hours.
3. Grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.
4. Add salt to the batter and let it ferment overnight or for at least 8 hours.
For Onion Mix:
1. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt. Set aside.
Making Onion Dosa:
1. Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan.
2. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter in the center and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
3. Drizzle a little oil on the dosa.
4. Spread a generous amount of the onion mix evenly on the dosa.
5. Press the onion mix into the dosa with the spatula so that it sticks well.
