➤4 large eggs

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Peas:

➤If using frozen peas, thaw them by placing them in a bowl of warm water. If using fresh peas, blanch      them in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.


2. Whisk the Eggs:

➤Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.


3. Heat the Olive Oil:

➤Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
