Black Coffee:

Ingredients:

1. Freshly ground coffee beans (medium-coarse grind for drip coffee, medium-fine for pour-over)

2. Clean, filtered water

Equipment:

1. Coffee maker, drip coffee machine, or pour-over setup

2. Coffee filter (if using a drip machine)

3. Coffee mug

Instructions:

1. Measure Coffee:

➤Use approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Adjust the           ratio to your taste preferences.

2. Grind Coffee:

➤Grind the coffee beans just before brewing to maintain freshness. The grind size should match your        brewing method (medium-coarse for drip, medium-fine for pour-over).

3. Prepare Coffee Maker or Pour-Over Setup:

➤If using a drip coffee machine, insert a clean filter into the basket. If using a pour-over method, place      a filter in the pour-over cone and set it over your coffee mug.

4. Add Coffee Grounds:

➤Add the freshly ground coffee to the coffee maker's filter or pour-over cone.

5. Boil Water:

➤Heat water to just below boiling. The ideal temperature is around 195-205°F (90-96°C).

6. Brew the Coffee:

➤For drip coffee, start the machine and let it brew. For pour-over, slowly pour hot water evenly over        the coffee grounds in a circular motion, allowing the coffee to bloom and extracting the flavors.

7. Serve:

➤Once the brewing process is complete, pour the brewed coffee into your mug.

8. Optional: Customize:

➤Customize your black coffee by adding sugar, milk, or cream if desired. However, the essence of             black coffee is to enjoy it without added flavors.

9. Enjoy:

➤Sip and savor your cup of black coffee.

Feel free to adjust the coffee-to-water ratio and experiment with different brewing methods to find the strength and flavor that suits your preferences.
