Ingredients:


➤200g paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled

➤2 tbsp oil or ghee

➤1 tsp cumin seeds

➤1 large onion, finely chopped

➤1 large tomato, finely chopped

➤1 green chili, finely chopped

➤1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

➤1/2 tsp turmeric powder

➤1 tsp red chili powder

➤1 tsp coriander powder

➤1/2 tsp garam masala

➤Salt to taste

➤Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

➤Optional: Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) for added flavor



Instructions:


1. Preparation: Crumble the paneer and keep it aside. Also, finely chop the onion, tomato, and green          chili.


2. Cooking Base:

➤Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

➤Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.


3. Adding Aromatics:

➤Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.


4. Tomato Mix:

➤Add the finely chopped tomatoes. Cook until they become soft and the oil starts separating from the      masala.


5. Spices:

➤Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple        of minutes until the spices are well-incorporated.


6. Paneer Bhurji Mix:

➤Add the crumbled paneer to the masala mixture. Mix gently, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated            with the spices.


7. Finishing Touch:

➤Add garam masala and kasuri methi (if using). Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
