Ingredients:

➤1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

➤1-2 tablespoons olive oil

➤1 teaspoon salt

➤1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

➤1/2 teaspoon paprika

➤Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, or your favorite seasonings for extra flavor



Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels. Removing excess             moisture helps them roast better.


3. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil until they are evenly coated.


4. Add the salt, cumin, paprika, and any other seasonings you'd like to use. Toss again until the                    chickpeas are well coated with the seasonings.


5. Spread the seasoned chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or       aluminum foil. Make sure they are spaced apart to allow for even roasting.


6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden            brown. Shake the baking sheet halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.


7. Once they are done, remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.           Enjoy them warm or at room temperature as a delicious and healthy snack!


Feel free to adjust the seasonings according to your taste preferences, and experiment with different flavors like curry powder, chili powder, or herbs like rosemary or thyme.
